![]() Our ETA for a 7:30 concert was 6:24 and we were ahead of time 3 miles before the venue.and then we hit traffic. There are virtually no employees to be seen. How they are still in business in beyond me. Last night's concert experience was a nightmare. Went to a concert here about 10 years ago and had a wonderful experience. I would never want to go back here again. What a disappointment! We go to many concerts and sporting events so we get crowds and traffic but this was ridiculous. So just wanted to warn people that this could end in something way more serious than my injuries or even the guy who face planted who honestly was probably saved by the helmet he knew to wear. I even heard a guy had a helmet on while tubing today and when he face planted, the helmet split in half. Camelback mountain did not have these issues so I know it’s carelessness. First aid was great but otherwise I just feel this place is poorly maintained especially when it comes to their safety. They asked if I needed a medic I said I don’t think so I’m not sure but definitely a bandaid for my nail that was bleeding from being split in half and no one aided me! I walked myself to first aid. Not to mention I was asked if I was okay I said no. (shoulder area) I don’t recommend this place what so ever. I also broke my nail in the center of the nail bed and left upper body is extremely sore. As I came down the mountain on my tube the mats that are made to help you slow down weren’t flat and as my tube hit the mat, I flew off the tube and hit the back of my head so hard the EMT in first aid is unsure if I actually have a concussion. I get accidents happen especially when someone’s choosing to be wreckless, but no, this place is just not built safe. The tubing was so unprofessional, ran by kids, but also whoever owns this place did not assure safety. I thought this would’ve been a good time because the day prior we went to camelback mountain and snow tubed and it was great. Which as most are traveling a far distance to this mountain, is impossible to comply with. Also, a refund is impossible as they want you to have an hour in person sit down with the general manager. So idk why he mentioned this as no one was measuring anyone. The “supervisor” I spoke to stated they measure everyone at the mountain. And after reading the other reviews posted I’m glad we didn’t choose to ignore our gut and listen to their staff (who are basically teens with no idea what their own policies are or seem to care) because as other reviews state, MANY people have been hurt on this mountain. They’re unsafe, oversell tickets, and have zero concern for their patrons. I would never come to back to this place or recommend anyone to come here. ![]() I spoke with customer service who gave me a gift card but why would I come back to a mountain who has zero concern for their customers safety. The fact they were going to allow a child who didn’t meet their OWN height requirements to tube anyway is unsafe and concerning. ![]() They oversold tickets and didn’t have enough tubes to accommodate everyone but regardless. After reading other reviews this company clearly has unsafe tubing conditions and many injuries have been reported. We didn’t feel safe for our daughter and I’m glad we trusted our gut. They also told the family behind us their ONE year old had to go down alone and it was fine. Clearly it would be unsafe for her to go down alone as she would not be able to drag her feet to stop. Mind you this is as they were telling others to drag their feet at the end of the hill to stop. After standing in line for 45 minutes, because they clearly sold more tickets than they could provide tubes for, we were told that our 3 year old would need to go down the hill alone. Was told by staff that it was fine and she’d be able to go down with us. Got to the snow tubing area and was told the kiddie mountain was closed, we were concerned because we had a 3 year old who doesn’t meet the height requirements for adults tubing based on the mountains OWN policy. After waiting another 20 minutes, we gave up and Eventually received our tickets via the kiosk. We arrived early and We’re told they were at capacity and we needed to go to customer service. Arrived at montage mountain with tickets purchased online.
